This is a Cozy brand, direct-vent, propane wall furnace. (I think it can be switched to natural gas.) It is 33,000 Btu. It measures 34.5 inches wide x 27.5 inches high. It was removed from the house because granny wanted central heating and air. Then it was stored for 4 years. This is installed directly through your wall, no rooftop vent is used.
