This is a rustic A-frame on a scenically wooded parcel with a locked, gated entrance at the end of a road. Although it is very quiet, it is only a half mile from Hwy 32 and a quick 15 minutes from downtown Chico. I am renting the upstairs master bedroom, shower and bathroom with the adjacent additional bedroom and shared kitchen privileges. The room is equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge and has its own independent air conditioner which works fabulously! The whole house has knotty pine ceilings and a cabin feel. It is on a 5 acre parcel where you can be silent and hear the wind blow. I'm looking for a single, quiet, respectful tenant or adult couple.
