No expense was spared to remodel this APARTMENT unit. We capitalize APARTMENT because we've had our fair share of people show up thinking that only a house could have cost forty thousand dollars to remodel it. When you install new $10,000 cherry wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers and slap $4,000 sparkling white quartz counters on them you're already getting towards halfway there. This will be the only apartment you'll find with a 3 stage water filtration system installed so you can have purified drinking water on demand. Come check this unit and you'll see this is many steps above the average apartment unit that you'll find in the city.

Please keep in mind that although less than half of the residents in this complex are students; and that it is a quiet complex; that this apartment complex is basically in "college town" as it is on 2nd avenue near the Warner Street Market. Some people have shown up not liking the particular location after being told where it is located (see location on map).
