This newly built, gated community offers controlled access, security cameras, on-site laundry facilities, on-site parking, a community room with resident services, a pool, a kid’s pool and a tot-lot play area.
Apartment amenities include energy efficient appliances, a dishwasher, a fridge, stove/oven, HVAC, vinyl plank flooring and carpets in the bedrooms.
HOW TO QUALIFY:
Lava Ridge Apartments participates in the low-income housing tax credit program. All applicants must income qualify for the restricted rents and must make 2x the monthly rent. Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted.
