Great location, just outside of downtown Chico. Less than a mile to the big grocery stores for easy access shopping. Near the Chico mall and fairgrounds. The property is nice and gated off from the surroundings. I will be putting up security cameras for extra security.
I will be an available landlord for any issues with the property, tenants will have access to my personal phone number and will be in constant interaction. This will not be a slumlord managed property. The property is currently in closing expecting to close the 10th of September. The 1/1 units need some work. If the future tenant is alright working in the unit while living in there I will cut a good deal in rent. The units don’t need much and will match the vibes of the house. I don’t have pictures of the upper unit since it’s currently habited.

Everything is on the same property, the house has a front/side yard the 1/1 units have a back porches and concrete on each side.
House-1800$ need first plus 2800$ deposit. Pets are allowed if they are not aggressive or damage property.
1/1 units-both will go for 1100$ also need first and 2100$ deposit.
Renters need decent credit, good rental history with no evictions. No application fee unless I feel I need to run a background check.
