We have an excellent house near In-Motion Fitness with three great female roommates. The utilities are typically between 40 and 60 dollars (pg&e, water, trash and internet). This place is in a great, quiet neighborhood if you're looking to escape the loud downtown scene. The deposit is $250, but i will pay for half if I find someone within the next two days. This is a great house, and a great deal if youre looking for a place to finish out the school year. Lease ends May 31st, 2010 with an option to resign if you'd like.

Some things about us: We all love music, riding our bicycles to the farmer’s markets, having friends over for dinner and band practice. One of the girls plays a great fiddle and cello to compliment a jug band. They are all fun, personable people. All enjoy gardening, recycling, composting. We all respect each other’s privacy. It’s a nice, quiet house to come home to after work or school. The room will be available beginning December 21st (you dont have to pay for the last ten days of December)!
