Hi,
House is a 3 Bed and 2 Bath. Washer/Dryer hook-ups. Back yard fenced. I am currently in Bankruptcy court and trying to re-negotiate my loan with the bank. If that works this can be a long term rental, if not the bank will have the home in 3-5 months. Dog and Cat ok.
