I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring 2010 semester. I will be moving out by the end of december. I pay 290 for my own room in a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I live with 2 girls and 1 guy and my roommate has two 5 month old cats. We are super close to campus, less than a 10 minute bikeride. Our apartment complex includes a laundry facility, gated parking, pool, volleyball court, rec room and a fitness room. Lemme know if you are interested!
