This apartment is good size, close to the csu campus, laundry on site, swimming pools, allows pets. I am planning on moving once the semester is over and need somebody to take over the lease as soon as possible. The lease is until June 31 of 2010. Place is still in great shape, let me know if you would like to stop by and see the place.
