I need someone to take over my lease that expires July 25th 2010. I am moving in with my boyfriend. The apartment is 3 spacious bedrooms, very large living room, 2 full bathrooms, WASHER AND DRYER INSIDE THE UNIT, brand new central air and heating, and you will get one parking space. The other 2 occupants are 2 girls who are Sophomores at Chico State. We are located on West Sacramento right across the street from Chico State. We have a second floor unit and the bedroom is in the very back of the apartment. The bedroom is 13 by 15 feet with a full closet and a key lock on the door. I would like to move out ASAP!! There is a security deposit of $385.00 however I will deduct $85.00. Rent is due between the 25th and the 1st of every month also you must pay your share of the cable and electricity (cable and internet= $25 a month).
