READY TO SELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!interior i would say is in good shape, it dont look new but it dont look old either. the bed is in the back of motorhome, the bathroom is next to the bed, bathroom has sink, toilet, shower. then moving forward is the fridge, which is brand new, and the two door closet. next is the kitchen with stove, oven sink and cabinets, on the other side is the sofa which folds out into a bed, next are the driving chairs which swivel around any direction you want to sit, there is a small table between them, and above the chairs is another bed that lowers down from the cieling, we use it for more storage.i did not take any pictures of the inside because we are living in it right now.bought this in washington a few months ago. i am attending lineman college here and looking to sell this rv. once school is over i will be moving to florida. when i drove it down here from washington i took three weeks just driving everywhere along the way, just to have a good vacation before school started. there are 62,600 miles on it. there were only 57,000 when i bought it. before i drove it here i had the exhaust replaced, three new batteries, all the belts replaced, and of course the tranny fluid and the oil. the tires are in great shape. there is a generator. ac works great. any other questions just ask and i will find them out for you. this is a great motorhome, just to far for me to drive to florida. the fresh water is 40 gal, the grey is 25 and the black is 25. Also, the gas tank holds 40 gal. The fridge is a great size for a family traveling because it has a real and seperate freezer. It holds a lot. It runs off of AC/DC or propane. The propane tank is a 30 pound tank which lasted since may, can you believe it. The awning is in great condition. Every thing works as it should and you will not be disappointed. it does have a full wired hitch. PS i have ALL paperwork for this rv.

We bought our well kept motorhome in April of 2006 and took a vacation with it. The engine runs great, it was very confortable and reliable. The refrigerator has been completely refurbished (very expensive) and runs on gas or electric, AC is cold, it has a microwave, tub shower and very comfortable sofa, which turns into a bed. Also a double bed in the back and pull down bed over the drivers area. Lots of storage. Also fuly operational Onan generator with new oil change. We haven't been able to take another vacation, so it is still sitting here ready for someone to buy it and use it. The odometer has approximately 62,000 miles on it. I moved from redding to chico in this and it has surved it's purpose of getting me through school with not much money in my pocket. it has always been really cheap to move and rent out a space, you simply need to find the spot to plop it and that best suits you. the maintnence is close to nill and i'm throwing in the hose for water supply and bathroom drain for sewage.
im really trying to get going out of chico but this is holding me back.
