I like to run at the park, bike, hang out with friends, read, watch movies, play video games, etc. I'm looking for an easy-going roommate.

The apartment is awesome! New carpets, nice big windows, large kitchen and huge living room. It's on the 2nd story and completely surrounded by trees, where a cute squirrel family lives. (^v^) The room available is very large with a large closet and a ceiling fan. The apartment has a balcony with a bbq. There is on-site laundry and a really nice, large rec room with a mini-gym, pool, spa, and sauna. The managers and the neighbors are all really nice and there are activities regularly (movie nights, holiday parties).

Deposit is 350$ which you'll get back except 20$ for carpet cleaning. PG&E runs around 10$-15$ each a month, and wireless internet is 15$ each a month. Water is free. And so are donuts every Wednesday morning!

My two roommates and I have two available rooms in our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. The house has a very straight forward layout (one story, bedrooms, bathrooms, small kitchen and living room), as well as a patio and washer dryer. Each bedroom has a closet, and there is a small parking lot as well as plenty of stree parking.

The total rent for the house is $1300, which will be divided up amongst the roommates depending on how many we get. If there are four of us total it will be $325. Five of us and it will be less.

The house is located on W 2nd Ave near Warner St. which is very close to Chico State and downtown.

The lease is from about January 4 until mid August but possibly can be renewed at that time.
