My name's sarah im 18 and my roommate's name is Kyle and he's 19. Both of us are really chill mellow people. 420 friendly as well. Our roommate had to move out do to a personal emergency. So we want someone as soon as possible school is my first priority and then bills and rent (my parents are able to help me with that one). Kyle works two jobs as well as being a full time student so you can always count on the bills being paid. Rent is 300 a month all utilities come out to around 40-60 a month (depends on whether or not we use the AC) and that includes internet and cable.
