I'm a 22 year old male. Clean, respectful, and pretty comfortable living in any type of house, whether it be quiet or hosts of a lot of parties, etc. I took a year off school, but I'm hoping to go back in the Spring. I'm a vegetarian and pretty easy to get along with. I really need to find a place by the 1st of January. I pay $300 now, but would prefer something a bit cheaper. Definitely nothing more expensive. I am moving to the Sacramento, Ca area by the end of December (hopefully by the middle). I have nearly no work history as I was in the army until 22, and from 22 to 25 I lived as an uchi-deshi ( a sort of student that moves into the school and doesn’t leave for anything, not family or vacation or weekends) At 25 I moved to California and spent two and a half or three years working in Campbell or San Jose, Ca for Fed-Ex, a bar, and security. The last year I have been traveling to spend time with my family in Florida and just recently returned to California to spend time with friends in Tahoe. So income is a bit hard to prove, as I am just moving to Santa Cruz or Chico to train and pick up a part time job, and I just can not ever get comfortable with showing my savings. I can afford to pay from 600-1000 a month, and with a reasonable request I am willing to pay up to three months ahead of time. I am looking to get a place for six months, an option to extend it at the end would be nice.

I have a well behaved pit-bull named Cheebs. She is as sweet as can be, listens to commands, house trained, and only chews on the toys she’s been given (not a table chewer, I had one once) A little excitable if she thinks she gets to go play, but only as much as any child is. I also have a red-tailed boa constrictor that is less then two feet long and stays in a cage. That little guy is as cute as they get also, you’d have to see it to understand.

I have dogs, so you would have to be an animal lover with at least a small fenced side yard for the pups to hang out.

Ideal situation for me would be a situation with only one other roomie but I am negotiable, not too picky :)

I currently live on Doe Mill ridge and send about 40% of my income to my gas tank between work and walking the dogs.(love taking them to the tree farm). Also, I walk my babys nearly every day so a huge yard is not required.

I am a 27 year old male navy vet woking full time as a mechanic, and will be starting school in the spring. Male or female roomie no preference there as long as we can get a long.

I have plenty of references so feel free to contact me, also perfectly willing to let you meet the pups before you even consider us :)
