SOMEONE IS PURPOSELY KILLING CATS ON WEST PARK DRIVE IN MAGALIA, CA.
OUR CAT WAS KILLED 2 WEEKS AGO AND THIS HAPPENED WAY ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH NO TRACE OF ANY PROOF THAT IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE. My son and grandson had their house robbed last Sunday the 13th. Needless to say, the thieves stole all the presents plus the outside Christmas lights. The predators have been pursued but have yet to be put in jail. Meanwhile, my 12 year old grandson will be without the normal gifts under the tree, as he has none. My family and I are looking for a nice place to go sledding early next week, and I thought someone on here might know of one. We're in Chico, and closer is better, but we know we'll have to drive a ways to find snow. I was thinking there might be good spots in Butte Meadows, but I don't know of a specific location. Anyone know? Doesn't have to be Butte Meadows though. Anywhere somewhat close. It doesn't have to be spectacular either - it's mostly a trip so three little (kindergarten aged) California kids can slide down a snowy hill. So it just has to have some snow and a hill. Where should we go?

Hi, I'm a 27 yr old female/former Army, college student. Currently working at a very well known coffee shop and 1 semester from getting my AA, provided I can afford to continue, but I have no family to speak of and the hours at work are lacking. Christmas is the least of my worries as after rent, there's little left. I must find a less expensive place to live when my lease is up in January, right as the semester begins, but I am out of money. I fixed my truck and paid my bills, but I'd like to find a job that can work around a students schedule, I'd really like a job that is possible family owned and run, mom and pop sort, that I could become a part of. I'd like to feel like I belong or am a part of something, or am a help. Simply handing out lattes may put a smile on a busy customers face for a moment, but it sometimes lacks that personal feeling, and that feeling that you are really helping someone. I am greatful to have a job, but the fact of the matter is that mine isn't allowing me to continue my education, and I'm trying very hard to do it on my own, and it just isn't enough. Is there anyone who needs a decent honest person to employ? Please, if so, give me a chance. At this point, theres no honest (respectable and ligitimate) work that I can afford to turn down. If you can find the compassion to let me give it a shot, I know you will be glad you did. I'm small but mighty :)

OK lets say I have a zhu zhu hamster and some of the tunnels and car. etc to go with it..My main purpose was to give it to a needy child..A way of repaying back what my family received years ago thanks to kind people. My question is How do I know for a fact that it went to a needy child? or did a someone at these charities decide their kid needs it more?
