I've lived in this place in the Village at the Timbers apartments for about a year and a half now. It's a super chill little place. 1 bedroom, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, and a dining room. I lived by myself, but I understand it's a little pricey, so it would be ideal for a couple. 650 square feet. Air conditioning/heat, dishwasher. There is a gym and a pool in the complex. I always walk to school and it only takes about 10 minutes. I really love this place, and I'm sure anyone who moves in will as well. Management is cool and maintenance staff are on the ball with fixing even the smallest thing. You can have pets. If it's a dog, it just can't be a Great Dane or anything, lol.
